Women's 7s Runners Up at Bugs 7s

Congratulations to our girls for another fantastic weekend of 7s. UQ were better on the day beating our girls 24 - 5 in the grand final.

Trailing 24–0 at halftime, our girls showed plenty of fight to keep UQ scoreless in the second half and cross for a try of their own. It wasn’t enough, but we’re proud of their efforts throughout Day 2.

We remain two points clear at the top of the Caslick Cup standings with one tournament to go. Next week, it’s the big one—State 7s. Plenty still to play for!

Lastly a huge shout out to Wynnum Rugby Union Club for hosting an amazing weekend of 7's.
