Junior Coaches Workshop

Last night we ran a junior coaches workshop focused on raising the standard across our program. The session covered our philosophy around games-based coaching and practical delivery frameworks to keep trainings fun, engaging, and built around real learning. We also introduced our Brothers Way coaching framework to align how we coach across all teams. Massive thank you to Coach Developer Jordan Cassidy for facilitating the workshop. 🤝🏾
