Brothers Announce New Director of Rugby for 2025

Brothers Rugby Club has appointed Tino Junior Poluleuligaga (known as JP) as their new Director of Rugby for the 2025 season and beyond. The 21-cap Manu Samoa scrum-half brings extensive professional playing experience and coaching expertise.

JP's playing career spanned the Auckland Blues, Toulon, Harlequins, Waikato Chiefs, and Exeter. He represented Manu Samoa in the 2007 and 2011 Rugby World Cups and earned caps with the Pacific Islanders touring squad in 2006.

After retiring, JP worked as Director of Rugby at Auckland's Papatoetoe RFC before relocating to Australia in 2022 and serving as a Rugby Development Officer at Sunnybank.

JP joined Brothers in April 2024 to manage the Junior Rugby Program and Pasifika strategy. In his new role he will oversee U14s–U18s, the Colts Program, and Girls and Women's Programs. Head Coach Ben McCormack will continue to direct the Senior Grades.
