FAQ’s

What is Brothers Rugby Club and what makes you special?

Brothers Rugby Club is a historic rugby club celebrating our 120th anniversary in 2025. We’re proudly known as THE FAMILY CLUB, embodying our heritage, faith, and unwavering mateship. As back-to-back first grade premiers and 2024 Australian Club Champions, we combine competitive excellence with strong community values. Our club welcomes everyone from 4-year-olds in Get Into Rugby through to senior players, creating a true rugby family at our home ground, Crosby Park.

How do I join Brothers Rugby Club?

For junior players (ages 4-18), all registrations are completed online through Rugby Xplorer – visit our “How to Register” page for step-by-step instructions. For senior players, contact us through our website or visit Crosby Park to discuss playing opportunities across our multiple team grades. We welcome players of all skill levels and experience, from complete beginners to seasoned players.

Where is the club located and what facilities do you have?

Our home is Crosby Park, located at 103 Crosby Road, Albion. Our facilities include multiple rugby fields, training areas, the Hobbits Bar & Grill for dining and social events, function spaces, and excellent clubhouse amenities. We’re easily accessible and provide a welcoming environment for players, families, and supporters to enjoy both rugby and social activities.

Do you welcome new players and families who are new to rugby?

Absolutely! Brothers Rugby Club is THE FAMILY CLUB and we warmly welcome newcomers to both our club and the game of rugby. We have programs specifically designed for beginners, from our Get Into Rugby program for young children to social grade teams for adult newcomers.
